We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate this website and to deliver the services you request.

Data you submit to us via the contact form or by email is used to handle your enquiry, not for unrelated purposes.

When you open this website, technically necessary connection data transmitted by your browser is processed: IP address, date and time of the request, the resource retrieved, and browser and referrer details. This data serves the delivery of the page and the stability and security of operations.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Server logs are not merged with other data sources, are not evaluated for advertising purposes, and are stored only for as long as required for operations and security. No tracking for advertising purposes takes place.

This website does not set any cookies — neither its own nor third-party cookies.

For individual features it uses your browser's local storage (localStorage), for example to remember the selected language and your choices in interactive elements. These entries remain on your device and are not transmitted to us.

The Opportunity Scan currently runs in demonstration mode entirely in your browser. The website address you enter is not transmitted to our server or to third parties; the result shown is derived from your input directly on your device and is marked as a demonstration.

We store nothing in the process — neither the address you enter nor the result reaches us. We only process data if you then take action yourself: when you request the result as a PDF report (see PDF report by email) or get in touch (see Getting in touch).

On the result page of the Opportunity Scan you can voluntarily have the result sent to you as a PDF report by email. Only with this request do you transmit data to us: your email address and the domain you checked.

Delivery uses double opt-in: you first receive a confirmation email with a one-time link valid for 24 hours; only after your click do we send the report. We store your email address, the checked domain, the wording and time of your consent, and the times of request, confirmation and delivery. We do not store IP addresses in this process.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Requests that are not confirmed are deleted automatically after seven days. Confirmed requests are stored until you withdraw your consent — an informal email to connect@dialogs.digital is enough, and we will delete your data promptly.

This website has no form backend of its own: when you submit the contact form, your email program opens with a prepared message to connect@dialogs.digital. Sending happens through your own email account; the form data is not transmitted to this website's server.

If you write to us by email, we process your details (name, email address, the content of your message and any voluntary additional information) in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR).

We delete the data once it is no longer required for handling the enquiry and no retention obligations apply.

No usage measurement currently takes place. No analytics or tracking service is integrated, and no usage data is transmitted to us or to third parties.

Technically, the website generates a random identifier without personal reference in your browser (local storage). As long as no measurement is activated, this identifier never leaves your device. Should measurement be introduced in the future, we will update this notice beforehand.

For the website and email we use carefully selected service providers (hosting, mail server) who act for us as processors under Art. 28 GDPR.

No data is passed on to third parties for other purposes.
